Freon Ban Informational Links

FYI - I spent a bit looking around and found these recent (all in the last 4 months) referances to the ban of freon, but no mention of the ban being lifted.

If anyone can find a referance to the ban being lifted, please share it...but for now I am convinced the ban of production in the US is still in place.
