Kevin Decker - 1983 Cherokee Laredo

My FSJ is a 1983 Jeep Cherokee Laredo with all the options. I have owned my FSJ for about 3 months and I love it. It has the 360 V8 with 727TF transmission with locking converter.. The truck was recently painted back to the original color and new stripes put on it. It has 142000 miles on it and runs like a top. The interior is is nearly perfect condition, new headliner, no cracks in dash, door panels in excellent shape. The only thing the interior needs is updated carpet.

Work Done

The only work that I have done to the jeep is to replace the A/C compressor, clutch and convert the system to R134A refrigerant. The A/C blows ice cold.

• Rebuild engine and trans at 200,000 miles

• Better off road lights
• Grill Guard with mounted 9000 lb winch
• Front and rear Tow Hooks

The jeep is my daily driver and runs great and I actually get 15.5 miles to the gallon on the freeway.
