    Hydroboost High Pressure lines

Hoping for a little guidance here... In the middle of a hydroboost conversion using Elliot's unit on EBay. This is on an 89 GW. I bought high pressure lines from an 85 5.7l k30 pickup. While the fittings work, the lines are way too long. What OEM lines should I use? PS pump and steering box are stock and use o-ring fittings. Thanks!

A shop could shorten them or fab new lines with your ends.
    Sic friatur crustulum

'84 GW with Nissan SD33T, early Chev NV4500, 300, narrowed Ford reverse 44, narrowed Ford 60, SOA/reversed shackle in fornt, lowered mount/flipped shackle in rear.

      I believe you want ~'90 2500 6.2 diesel hoses??
Been many many years but the '85 ones i initially bought were way too long??
Or maybe it was just the pump to hb hose??
anyway it was like 12" shorter and worked way better

Thanks! Huge help! Looked up the specs on rockauto and the fittings are the same and the length is indeed 12" shorter from the PS pump to hydroboost. The line to the PS box is about 4" shorter too. Going to try both and hopefully avoid custom lines.

still requires massaging/bending but length is way better.

            Hydroboost High Pressure

I purchased the Hydroboost from Elliott at Custom Power Brake. Elliott was easy to deal with and helpful. A heads up, you are gonna need the mounting bracket from the old brake booster to install Hydroboost to the firewall. The cool thing is you can install the hydroboost with the cannister on either side. I choose facing away from the engine, felt like it gave me more room. Elliott suggested hoses to use for the power steering and steering box with a little persuasion they work well. Below are the numbers of the hoses I used, takes a little persuasion to bend the tubing to fit along the frame. There are more pics on page 3 of my rebuild.
