Thanks for the update. I am a Ouray Invasion rookie. I have wheeled there before many years ago. What is the trail that comes down the cliff into Telluride? Black Bear? That was a bit scarey.

Looking foward to meeting some new FSJ people in person vs on the net ..

Well, my better half has made our reservations...to attend in a VERY unorthodox manner this year. Due to very limited time off RiverRat and I will be FLYING to CO and renting a vehicle this year! Looks like we'll be there Wednesday through Saturday. Not nearly as much time (or preferred method) as we'd like but it's better than not at all!

For those that are planning on going but haven't before, it's not just the trip, the scenery, or the Jeeps. The people is what REALLY makes the trip the most enjoyable. That's why BethAnn and I have been every year since our honeymoon in 2006. For 2012 we'll also have our newest wheeler, baby Katelyn, with us!

          Looking forward to seeing everyone!
Bryan's vehicles at the Joplin (Full Size) Jeep Refuge:

          1988 Grand Wagonner (tornado victim)
1987 Grand Wagoneer (formerly mine, now my dad's, also a tornado victim)
1994 Ford Explorer XL rollin' on 1-tons and 40s

Mapit, if I make it (still looking good), I'll be in my XJ. No sweat. But we may have sit in the back at the evening BS session at the camp ground.
