Part number cross over

Anyone know of a site where I can cross Jeep part numbers to real world part numbers? I need several parts to try to put my steering column back together. Also, anyone have a part number for the sector? (I need the plastic gear that goes behind the key switch, I think it's the sector- Item number 3.130-6 on my parts diagram).
Thanks

Napa or any of the other parts houses have those. They are in the HELP! section. Lots of other little doodads there too.
