FJ people weren't really a big problem, we didn't see many of them on the trails (maybe they have the sense to get on and off before the afternoon monsoons )

11 months and 2 weeks to the 2009 Ouray FSJ Invasion and we already have 14 sites reserved.

I'm planning on being there with two FSJs next year. But it is still a long ways for me to know for sure.

So I'll take the spot that gets vacated the last week at the last minute .

This is about that time of year the KOA owners pack up and take their RV to So FL. If you are after reservations during the winter months, give them some time and they will get back to you.

Anyone make reservations over the last couple months? Please contact me so I can update the map when you do. Thanks.

I know I haven't posted much since the last Invasion but my Chero budget has become a new house fixing budget. We bought our first house in August which includes a nice garage to work on and store the Chero, unfortunately I haven't had time or money to do anything.

Back on topic...2009. Did a little wheeling on Old Stage Road in the Springs last weekend and my wife really enjoyed it. She even said she wanted to go to Ouray next year. (her idea and not mine).

So count me + 1 for 2009.
