I could go for Attica but July is a busy month for me. My preference would be early August.

Attica works best for me. Mid to late September meet date. Hopefully the weather will have cooled off enough so that camping won't be miserable.

Since the campground is so spartan at Attica, why don't we see if we can find a state park close by? I sure don't want to camp out in the sun with no shade.

There are a few campgrounds within about 10-15in of the park. I looked into this when I was thinking about going down for the KOH qualifier.

Honestly Indiana is pretty much in the mild for Ohio Illinois and Wisconsin and Michigan

They have a shelter at the camp ground and there prices are not bad 7 $ a person a night or 28 $ for a water and electric site with 4 people and you can find shade if you go into the park

Have we now settled on the Badlands as our destination? If so, it's time to pin down the date.
