      So, yeah, been busy again... still aint done the work I've been meaning to do... amazing how busy you can get with life... Anybody interested in meeting up somewhere in the PCola panhandle, let me know - well set something up before Nov. 15. (maybe sometime in DEC?)... either or- id rather run my heater anyway .

        Soon i will be another Florida jeep enthusiast. We move to panama city soon. Mycurrent rig may not make the trip from Alaska with me due to shipping costs. possible trip back to the stomp of the CFSJC to find the next rig'? time shall tell......

                I am also in Pensacola, but currently go to school in CT
                1980 J10
                Status: Daily Driver
                Mods: HEI, Hi Steer and other misc. offroad upgrades done by PO (lift, skid plates, ect.), Aux Fuel Tank, Digital Gauges.
                To Do: A/C, AFI TBI, fiberglass new fan shroud and install fan clutch, fiberglass console, hydroboost, repair body work and PAINT!

                    Puddin creek in Perry

                    I have heard of several FSJ'ers are gonna be in Perry for a mud bog, sounds like a central meet location. Hink, my son (pictured) is talking about going, I had to pick him up at Soggy Bottom a few weeks ago and it was fun. Just put new HEI on THE 'OLE MULE's' 258, and would like to give it a good road trip.

                        Soggy bottom this weekend

                        Hink and I are heading to Soggy Bottom (just across border from Maclenney, FL. Dennis Anderson aka Grave Digger, is supposed to bringing his buggy on Saturday. Seting up camp Friday nite.

                          Hey All you Florida folks. Checking in from Tampa originally from Quincy. I don't currently have a Jeep but I'm in the market for a good used Grand Wagoneer. Looking at an '84 right now. Actually trying to look at it. Can't seem to hook up with the owner on a good day to drive over. Seems like he really isn't interested in selling...Sooo, if anyone has any leads, PM me or post here as I'll be checking back. Thanks.

                            Saw 2 Late 80's in Jax. Test drove both, but Boss said no until I clear away dually. 4-5 K, had white one checked out. They both dropped in price on C List. Burgandy better deal.

                              Going camping @ Soggy Bottom Mud Pit this weekend. Added a 55 gal drum, 12 v water pump and shower to Ole Mule's equipment package. Tub liner next. Camping in Club Mud area.

                                Thanks for the tip. I looked at those on Craigslist. I'm looking at another one at the end of the week near here but I'll keep these in mind.

                                Is there anything I need to be mindful of when checking out an '80s model other than the normal "used car" stuff? Looking at an '84 & '86 currently around here.
